Yoga
Milka is a London-based Yoga Alliance registered teacher (RYT 500) with over nine years of teaching experience and a practice rooted in traditional Ashtanga yoga. With a background in biology, she brings a mindful, body-centric approach to yoga and mindfulness classes for all levels, focusing on the connection between breath and movement.
Her teaching is inclusive and individualised, supporting students to progress at their own pace and to develop a practice that nurtures both physical and mental well-being. Milka offers group, private, and corporate classes, creating a welcoming space where each student is met exactly as they are today.
