ABOUT ONLINE CLASSES:

What is Ashtanga?

A dynamic form of yoga connecting breath and movement into a mindful meditation. Build strength, flexibility, and balance in body and mind.

What to prepare: Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and optionally 2 yoga blocks and a strap.

Booking

  • Purchase a pass: Online Yoga Shop

  • Reserve your spot: email me the evening before class at ashtanga.miyoga@gmail.com

  • Classes run with a minimum of 3 students. Zoom link sent on the morning of the class.

Led Class (60–75 min)

Guided session based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, starting with mindfulness and gentle stretches. Modifications offered for all levels. Ends with Pranayama breathing and guided relaxation.

Mysore Class (1h 45 min)

Self-practice class for students familiar with at least the standing sequence. Includes 15 min mindfulness prep, Pranayama, and guidance tailored to your level. Cheat sheet of postures provided. Finish earlier if desired.

Private Online Class

1:1 tailored sessions, strictly Ashtanga or adapted to your needs. Can include breathwork, mindfulness, and guided relaxation. Perfect for new or experienced students looking to deepen their practice.
