Private Yoga & Mindfulness Classes
Yoga and mindfulness tailored for one-to-one sessions or small groups, designed to support your personal wellbeing and growth.
Each session can be strictly Ashtanga or adapted to your needs and can include breathwork, mindfulness, and guided relaxation. Sessions last 60 minutes (£80) or 90 minutes (£115). Participants are required to bring their own yoga mats.
