Corporate Yoga & Mindfulness Classes
Yoga and mindfulness delivered in the comfort of your workplace, designed to support stress management, focus, and overall wellbeing.
Each session lasts 60 or 75 minutes (£120 per session). For maximum comfort, it is recommended to have 8–12 participants. For beginner-level sessions, smaller groups are advised to allow for more individual guidance and support.
Sessions can include breathwork, mindfulness, and guided relaxation, in addition to the yoga practice. Participants are required to bring their own yoga mats, and your office should have a room large enough to comfortably accommodate the group.
